Old restaurant fully renovated in 2020 You have 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, a private terrace and a Nordic bath. The house is ideal for 8 people but you can come with 10 (sleeping in the living room) Located 1 km from the banks of the Orne in Clécy with all its activities and restaurants An outdoor space is shared with "the bus" of the property: Boules pitch and garden. Nevertheless, the terraces are well privatized and out of sight. The space 4-bedroom house for 8 guests and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. A shower room and toilet ==> On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms . 1 bedroom with 160*200 bed with a storage dresser . 1 bedroom with 160*200 bed with a storage dresser ==> Covered and private outdoor terrace of the house where you will have: - A Nordic bath and a dining table. - A barbecue This space is private and can be closed by a "screen" ==> Shared garden with a petanque court From the terrace, you can access the shared garden with the 2nd accommodation "the bus" accommodating 4 guests (this one also has its own private terrace) The cleaning fee includes a complete cleaning and the supply of linen (one large towel provided per person (for 8 people), sheets, floor mats, tea towel, etc.). If you come with more than 8, you will need to provide everything you need for the sofa bed (pillow, duvet, sheets, pillowcase and extra towels). The cleaning fee is for 8 people. During your stay, we provide you with all the consumables to start your stay in the best conditions (shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towels...). If you're staying longer, consider restocking 😉 Guest access Entire accommodation except the garden and the pétanque court. Upon confirmation, a link will be sent to you with all the practical information to prepare your listing and an entry guide will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Check-ins are after 5pm (luggage can be dropped off from 14:00 pm) on your own. Departures are at 11:00 AM at the latest. Other things to note -> You can park in front of the white gate -> The accommodation includes steps and stairs.
