Old restaurant completely renovated in 2020 You have 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, a private terrace and a Nordic bath. The house is ideal for 8 people but you can come with 10 (sleeping in the living room) Located 1 km from the banks of the Orne in Clécy with all its activities and restaurants An outdoor space is shared with "the bus" of the property: Pétanque court and garden. Nevertheless, the terraces are well privatized and out of sight. The space 4-bedroom house for 8 guests and 1 convertible sofa bed for 2 people. Please note that we do not provide sheets, duvet and towels for the 2 people using the sofa bed. Old renovated restaurant on 2 floors with a covered outdoor terrace and a Nordic bath. A shower room and toilet ==> On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms . 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed with a storage dresser . 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed with a storage dresser ==> Covered outdoor terrace and private house where you will have: - A Nordic bath and a dining table. - A barbecue This space is private and can be closed by a "screen" ==> Shared garden with a petanque court From the terrace, you can access the shared garden with the 2nd accommodation "the bus" accommodating 4 guests (this one also has its own private terrace) The price of the cleaning includes the complete cleaning and the supply of linen (A large towel provided per person (for 8 people), sheets, floor mats, towel...). If you come with more than 8, you will need to provide everything you need for the sofa bed (pillow, duvet, sheets, pillowcase and extra towels). The cleaning price is calculated for 8 people. During your stay, we provide you with all the consumables to start your stay in the best conditions (shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towels...). If you're staying longer, consider restocking 😉 Guest access Entire accommodation except the garden and the petanque court. Upon confirmation, a link will be sent to you with all the practical information to prepare your accommodation, and an entry guide will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Check-in is after 5 p.m. (possibility to drop off luggage from 2 p.m.) independently. Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Other things to note -> You can park in front of the white gate -> The accommodation includes steps and stairs. It is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility. -> Private space: entire home, terrace, barbecue, Nordic bath -> Shared space: Boules pitch and garden -> We do not provide charcoal for the barbecue 👉 4 bedrooms for 8 guests and 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
