Vacation home "Lärche" at Gut Mischenried

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting. The space This apartment is one of our accommodations on the upper floor, on the north side of the building. What it lacks in direct sunlight, it more than makes up for with a fantastic view of the Mischenrieder Weiher estate with its water lilies. This view can be enjoyed not only from the balcony, but also from the living room and from the bed in the bedroom. In addition, you can watch the distant hustle and bustle in the equestrian facility. Noise rarely penetrates. On the balcony you can enjoy many a sunny afternoon. The apartment and bathroom are barrier-free and also accessible by wheelchair. Overall, there is also enough freedom of movement in this apartment. As in the other apartments, the beds and the dining table on Mischenried are made by us. We are convinced that solid wood and craftsmanship are much more conducive to the flair of a living space than factory goods and pressed chipboard. Of course, we cannot make every item ourselves - but little by little, everything is designed according to our convictions. We think you'll feel at ease. Guest access The equestrian facility is open to you for walks and explorations. At the Mischenrieder pond right behind the house you can relax or barbecue on the sun deck. Other things to note Between 10 pm and 6 am, we ask you to avoid making noise.
