Moin Moin and welcome to our beautiful and newly built thatched roof house. We are a family of five and have designed and built the house according to our ideas, so that you too will feel at home from the first day. Everything is available to you, from a state-of-the-art kitchen, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, carport to a large garden with comfortable lounge furniture. Enjoy your stay. Best regards, The Timm Family The space Our house measures a total of 140 m² (90 m² on the first floor and 50 m² on the second floor). Through the large and floor-to-ceiling windows facing south and west, a lot of light penetrates the house and provides a wonderful view of nature. On the south side is the large terrace with cozy lounge furniture (only in summer). The large kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and offers everything to fully indulge in baking or cooking. In the kitchen there is also a small dining table with a bench integrated into the kitchen for a cozy breakfast. For a larger group, the dining table in the living/dining area offers enough space. The cozy TV corner is separated by a large fireplace. Via a bright and spacious hallway with guest toilet, you go up a beautiful wooden staircase from the carpenter to the upper floor, where you will find the large master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, the two children's rooms and the family bathroom. One of the children's rooms is additionally equipped with a baby cot. In the bathroom you will find a large, open shower and a bathtub to unwind after a day at the beach or dyke. In total, there is enough space for max. 5 people (including baby/toddler) to feel at home and enjoy the vacation to the fullest.
