Moin Moin and welcome to our beautiful and newly built thatched roof house. We are a family of five and have designed and built the house to our liking, making you feel right at home from day one. It offers everything from a state-of-the-art kitchen, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, carport to a large garden with comfortable lounge furniture. Enjoy your stay. Kind regards Family Timm The space Our house measures a total of 140m2 (90m2 on the ground floor and 50m2 on the upper floor). Through the large and floor-to-ceiling windows facing south and west, a lot of light penetrates the house and grants a wonderful view of nature. On the south side is the large terrace with cozy lounge furniture (only in summer). The large kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and offers everything to enjoy while baking or cooking. In the kitchen there is also a small dining table with a sofa bed integrated into the kitchen for a convivial breakfast. For a larger round, the dining table in the living/dining area offers enough space. The cozy TV corner is separated by a large fireplace. Via a bright and spacious hallway with guest toilet, you can walk via a beautiful wooden staircase from the carpenter to the upper floor, where you will find the large parents' room with fitted wardrobe, the two children's rooms and the family bathroom. One of the children's rooms is additionally equipped with a cot. In the bathroom you will find a large, open shower and a bathtub to unwind after a day at the beach or dike. Total is for max. 5 people (incl. Baby/toddler) enough space to feel at home and enjoy the holiday to the fullest. Guest access We provide you with the entire accommodation and thus all rooms.
