Beautiful house with beach line 45 min from Oslo

A lovely summer place with its own beach line, private jetty, quiet and nice. View of the archipelago and Oslo. Several beaches nearby, and beautiful surroundings. All amenities. A small rowboat and kayak, as well as a paddle board are included. A small motorboat is also possible, but this must be agreed upon separately. Shower and washing machine are newly renovated in the basement floor. We now rent out in autumn and winter, reasonably, but electricity use must be agreed in advance. Other things to note There is sometimes a dog in the house, in case you suffer from severe allergies. In the winter months the house can be experienced as somewhat cool, this is normal for all cabins in Norway. We are in the process of upgrading with a heater on the 2nd floor. It can also be difficult to drive all the way to the cabin when there is a lot of snow, then you have to walk about 250 meters.
