The private shoreline on Lake Rajgrodzkie, which is covered by a quiet zone, which, together with an area of 1,500 ha, makes it a great place for sailing. The cottage is finished to a very high standard, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a living room. It is equipped with a kitchenette, home cinema, air conditioning, barbecue, etc. Guests with pets are welcome, there are no restrictions on the use of electricity, water, fuel... :) The cottage is prepared for 10 people (3 double beds in separate bedrooms, one sofa in the bedroom next to the bed and 2 full-size comfortable double sofa beds in the living room), extra bed is possible - we have comfortable mattresses. The area is not fenced, and there is no need for it, because there are no random people in the area. For reservations in the warm months, a deposit is required to be paid to the account. For each reservation, a deposit of PLN 500-3000 is required, payable and refundable in cash on site. Due to the intimate nature of the place and the comfort of life of the local residents, there is a total ban on flying drones. . ATTENTION! It is a very quiet place, off the beaten path, no hikers come here, and there are no other tourists. There is absolute peace and quiet here. A large rowing boat, kayaks, a water bike, and land bikes are available ;) Other things to note Wi-Fi, access to a washing machine, garden and orchard. The place is so quiet that the fishing rods left on the pier for a week do not change the owner. We also have stationary cots, a bathtub, high chairs and toys. There are friendly cats, a dog and chickens nearby. Fresh milk, eggs, potatoes, etc. available from neighbors - about 700 m away. Honey from the apiary under the forest is also available.
