Town house with a terrace and fire place in Scanno.

Scanno is conseidered the Pear of Abruzzo. This beautiful traditional house is full of character. It is located in the historical medieval centre of Scanno (1050m over see level). This ski resort house has been completely renovated to a very high standard. The approx. 100m property has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom, a spectacular living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a grand kitchen-dining room and a wonderful terrace with views of the mountains and the town centre. The Ski lift to Scanno Monterotondo is just 3 minutes walk from the house. Skiing in the National Park of Abruzzo is a different experience. Magical! In summer the ski lift is open to take hikers closer to the heart of the national park. Scanno is also a gastronomic and trekking paradise.
