Close to beach,free parking. Easy access to city.

My home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required. The space I can easily accommodate 8 guests, but no more than 8 and charges will be incurred if this is not adhered to ( £200 per person per night.. this is only meant only as a deterrent but will be charged if ignored). Our house is a spacious but homely accommodation where I hope my guest will feel very much at home. Ground floor: There is a large kitchen with a dinning area I provide the basics for breakfast ( cereal, bread,milk,jam,marmalade ). There is a cupboard with all spices and condiments for you to use. There will also be tea, coffee, fresh coffee, decaf coffee, and a selection of herbal teas. Next to the kitchen and dinning area is the lounge where you will find a very comfy corner sofa which is set in a large space with double doors out onto the garden. The tv has sky ,net flicks,Disney and prime tv. Bedroom number 1 is located off from the lounge with a dressing area , an en-suite and the super king bed. Bedroom number 2 is also located on this floor and has a double bed with an adjoining WC First floor: 2 double bedrooms , both rooms can either be made with 2 singles or with 2 doubles. The bathroom with a over the bath shower is located on this level including the 3rd WC and a heated towel rail. I provide bath Towels, hand towels , soap,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Local shops are right on the door step as is a wonderful Italian restaurant, fish and chip shop and an Indian takeaway. Free parking and a good bus service which is a lovely coastal journey and will go directly into town and onto the station. We are a ten minute walk to the beach. Guest access You will have full access to all the rooms ( apart from my therapy room and certain cupboards) and garden. A few cupboards will be locked but there is ample space. Other things to note A cat normally lives on the premises but is not there during your stay.
