The atmosphere design at 101 has been very important to its owners, so many features have been blended to hopefully enhance your stay. Automatic colored LED mood lighting illuminates the main pool at night in multiple colors as well as the surrounding gardens. Automatic water features have been used for visual & acoustic effect to enhance the 101 experience. Alongside the main large infinity pool, 101 offers guests a second shallow pool area and fountains which surrounds a large shaded chill-out island with two super king sized external beds. There is also a 'magical' second chill out bedded area, higher in the gardens of 101, with stunning sea sunset views to the islands off Cala Conta. The house is fully equipped and sits on two floors 101 offers a total of 6 double bedrooms. The villa has 5 bathrooms, one internal fully equipped kitchen and one external kitchen with a fridge, sink and BBQ. In addition, there are 3 large internal chill out day beds in the main house, as well as two sofas. Also several tvs inc the principle 52 inch TV and Stereo with blue tooth and usb, sd card, DVD. AC, dimmer mood lighting through out. The external dinning table and seating accommodates 12 people easily, with another external dinning table for 8 in the lower garden. Internally a large round dinning area accommodates 12 people. Parking is ample with two main parking zones at 101. One zone is directly next to the main house, where there is parking for 4 to 5 cars. The second parking zone is 100m away from the house. Fruit trees surround this lower parking area. The landlord assumes no responsibility for valuables that are within the leased property and which are under the ownership of the Tenant or his/her companions. The tenant/s should acquire travel insurance to protect both themselves and their valuables. Alarms safes and cameras are provided. There cannot be more than a maximum number of 24 people at the event at the house without the written permission in advance. The Tenant is solely responsible for the noise produced on the premises. Fines can be very large in Ibiza so please respect the neighbours and keep within sound constraints during the day and after midnight. No additional sound systems (inc dj equipment and speakers) are allowed. We provide two active speaker systems at the house. Smoking inside is not permitted.
