Bright cottage of 80 m2 with two bedrooms and a sleeping home, which provides a total of six comfortable sleeping places. Located just 100 meters from a gorgeous beach, this cottage is the ideal place for beach lovers. The area is well planned with lush planting and offers a scenic cottage area. The main attraction in the area is the natural beach with courtyards, suitable for swimming, play, exercise and angling. The space Two double beds and a bunk bed are available for guests. The open plan kitchen and living room create a welcoming atmosphere, and the large, beautifully designed wooden terraces to the south and north provide the opportunity to enjoy the sun from morning to night. On the south terrace there is a barbecue that invites for cozy outdoor meals. To achieve energy optimization, a heat pump is installed that contributes to an environmentally friendly and economical heating of the house. Alternatively, these can be rented for DKK 150 per person. As part of our guidelines, we ask tenants to do the cleaning themselves before departure, according to the “Cleaning Guide for final cleaning”, which can be found in the house folder. Alternatively, a cleaning service can be ordered for kr. 950. Electricity and firewood are used for heating the house and utility water, so consumption depends on the number of people and the season of the rent. The electricity meter is read upon arrival and departure, and payment is settled in accordance with the applicable specification. Please note that the house may only be used by the number of people agreed upon in advance. In addition, pets and smoking are not allowed to ensure a comfortable and smoke-free atmosphere.
