The space The apartment has all the amenities for a longer stay, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, fast 300mbps Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, tea and coffee-making facilities plus all the pots, pans, utensils, crockery and glassware you could need. Downstairs - Hallway with space for shoes and hangers for coats - Bright and minimalist downstairs toilet - Living area with comfortable sofa and sofabed and 43” flatscreen TV with Netflix ready to go as well as Amazon Alexa for music, the perfect place to get cosy and relax - Kitchen and Dining space, well designed with plenty of counter space and high-end appliances, and dining table for 4 - Adjoining utility room separated by a sliding door with a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an ironing board and iron Upstairs - Comfortable queen-size bed with plush pillows and blackout blinds for a great nights sleep - Ensuite shower with toiletries and towels provided - Wardrobe space with plenty of hangers and a full-length mirror - Space for a self-inflating luxury double mattress if required (Please see main photos of how this works). Guest access - You will have complete privacy and access to the entire apartment. - Off-street private entrance accessed through two code-locked gates. - The nearest parking is in Royal Victoria Place Car Park, a minute's walk away, accessible from 7 am to 11 pm. If you need 24-hour access, Crescent Road Car Park is only 2 minutes away. Both sites are CCTV monitored and charge £7 per 24hrs. - The property entrance is located on a road with double yellow lines so you are able to drop off and pick up luggage. Other things to note - Bed linen is provided and there is a hair dryer in the wardrobe. - Travel cot available upon request - The flat is well served by food delivery services including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat with choice of over 50 restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking - Don't hesitate to message if you have any additional questions.
