Safety is a top priority at The Oasis. 📢 Important House Rules – Please Read To maintain the peaceful and private environment our guests love (and as reflected in our 5-star reviews), The Oasis enforces a strict no-party policy in accordance with Airbnb’s guidelines. 🏡 This home is exclusively reserved for the guests listed on your reservation. Any unapproved visitors will incur a $25/day fee and may be considered trespassing—even if "just dropping by." The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 16 — and any guest count over 6 must be discussed and pre-approved by the hosts prior to check-in. If you’d like to request additional guests, please message us immediately after booking for consideration and approval. 👥 Local Guests & Visitors If you have family or friends in the area, we kindly ask that you visit them at their residence to help prevent unauthorized gatherings.
