A cottage in the heart of Stockholm Archipelago

Uniquely picturesque, traditional archipelago accommodation with a high, private location and a fantastic lake view with nature around the corner. Private rocks and cliffs to dive from, small beach and a dock with rowing boat in a protected bay, as far out in the Stockholm archipelago as roads will take you. As there are some steep cliffs and deep water, we recommend families with lively children to consider the danger this engage, and maybe look for a more child friendly accomodation. The space Abborrfjället is a small cottage on a sea front property with one bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a bed sofa. A free standing shed is available in connection with two single beds for 15% supplement. With the shed, Abborrfjället may host families up to 5 persons. The toilet is in a separate building and is an electric burning toilet. A small rowing boat is included, and if you wish, there is a plastic boat with an 18hp outboard motor as an option, for additional 1500 SEK / week. Guest access Guests have sole access to the main cottage and a small rowing boat. If desired, the guest can opt for the annex for extra 15% of the rent ( shed with two beds) and a small motor boat with 18 hp motor for 1500 SEK / week. Sheets and towels are offered for rent at SEK 150 per stay and person. Other things to note The property is a large, rocky,natural beautiful area with partly steep cliffs down to the water. For this reason, we chose to recommend families with young, lively children to look for another accomodation, unless they feel comfortable with the environment the pictures do describe.
