The Old Stable | Winterton Cottages

The Old Stable is a stunning single storey barn conversion, with views over open countryside. Located in rural East Somerton, the cottage is the ideal location to get away from it all whilst being close to the coast. It's a 5 minute drive to Winterton-on-Sea, where long sandy beaches await. The space Inside The Old Stable you'll find a modern open plan living area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. Plenty of space is set aside for a dining area, and the well equipped kitchen contains a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, with a back door leading to a small yard with a lockable shed for bike storage. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds which can be joined together to make one superking bed. A modern bathroom has a bath and separate walk in shower. Outside there's plenty of outdoor space with a large garden and patio area, with a charcoal barbecue available from April to the end of September for guests. There's off road parking for 2 cars, and free wifi at The Old Stable. 1 dog is welcome at no additional charge. We ask that dogs are kept to living areas and off furniture. Please do not leave them unattended in the property. The garden is fully enclosed. Robin's Rest which sleeps 2 is located next door, meaning these properties can be rented together, totalling 6 guests. Both properties are detached with their own separate enclosed gardens. Robin's Rest and The Old Stable also have their own three acre meadow. A private and safe area for you to exercise or walk your dog. If you wish, you can practice some golf on the mini 4-hole chipping area - just bring your clubs and balls! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property.
