A cozy cabin nestled in the woods only minutes from Bloomington. 10 minutes to Lake Monroe. 15 minutes to Brown County. Surrounded by trees on a less traveled road with comfy beds ! It is like a treehouse .. so if you are squeamish to bugs it may not be your cup of tea ! Haven’t hosted for a while but happy to be hosting again !! my photos, etc. are still in progress! The space This is a very cozy house that isn't far from Lake Monroe and downtown restaurants... the University... Nashville and The Brown County Music Center .... and 5 minutes to the College Mall. This comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage has everything you need whether traveling for kid visiting at IU, business, pleasure, or checking out the area for a potential move here. Great for someone traveling alone, a couple, a family, or a small group of friends. Guest access The entire house ! If you have a larger party, I have teamed up with another Airbnb host that has a sweet house across the road. We thought it would be great to accommodate more people in two houses close to each other …. Some people need their space, contact me for more details ! Other things to note Please let me know if you have any specific requests.. I try to work with each guest as I know everyone has different needs. Check in and out times are flexible if I don't have another guest coming or going. I used to allow parties at my house until one turned into a DISASTER .. If you are planning a gathering just kindly let me know ! Late check out and early check in are ok If it is possible. I will charge a 25$ an hour late check out fee if not approved by me ! There will be a 200$ fee for pets if I am not made aware prior to check in. If you are in an extended stay I will charge a cleaning fee each week ! This is a cabin in the woods, as such it is prone to occasional visits from unwanted guests such as mice and insects despite measures being taken to reduce such instances. Please be mindful of this when booking. There is a 2 pet minimum ( I could be persuaded ) but I need you to be honest. 50$ per pet per week. If you don't see a place to pay this, please contact me as I will need this prior to check in.
