The space This recently updated cottage combines style and comfort for a relaxing holiday. The cottage has a master bedroom, a double with an ensuite bathroom, two twin rooms and comfortably sleeps eight adults. There is a family bathroom and downstairs shower room. There are large front and rear fully enclosed gardens, with a large terrace for outdoor dining and original outbuildings of historic interest. There is a cosy snug with a log burner, satellite TV, DVD and WiFi, and a larger sitting room overlooking the back garden, also with a log burner. There is a large, country kitchen with range cooker, dish washer and washing machine. The house has uninterrupted views to Southwold and the North Sea, five minute stroll to the beach, village pub, tea rooms, fish and chip shop and amazing scenery and walks - this is a wonderful place for a holiday. Guest access Four bedrooms, sleeps eight adults, pets welcome, cot & highchair, family friendly, two wood burners, enclosed gardens, BBQ. Important Fire Safety information : the cottage is compliant with fire safety law, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The floor plan and evacuation routes are shown in the photo library. It is important to note that the evacuation route from the downstairs en-suite bedroom is through the window – this room is therefore not suitable for guests who are unable to climb through the window in the event of a fire in the adjoining lounge. Other things to note Seasonal Pricing: We have some seasonal pricing on the calendar for summer, easter and Christmas. We ask for seven day bookings during the summer and Christmas holidays (with arrival day on Fridays for cleaning etc) - but we'll be flexible if its getting close to those times.
