Family villa with large garden and sea views

Well maintained holiday home in the pretty village of Isla Plana. The beautiful sandy beaches of Isla Plana await you and are an ideal place to relax on hot summer days. The communal pool is a 20 metre walk from the villa and in minutes you can reach fantastic restaurants. The space The villa accommodates upto six people in three bedrooms.There is a large enclosed garden with 6 sun loungers and two seating areas. There is a seating area under a pergola to shade from the Spanish sun with a barbecue . There is a roof solarium offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains. There is a second patio and seating area outside the living room. The villa is on one level, but not suitable for wheelchair users due to the three steps from the parking lot down into the garden. The villa has comfortable sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is a double and bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin rooms. Complimentary wifi is included for our guests use. The kitchen fully fitted is equiped with a dishwasher, oven, and hob, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plates, glasses and cutlery are all provided. You have access to a shared pool with separate children's pool and jacuzzi which is open year round. The guests have sole access to the villa. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. Smoke and fire alarm. There is a burglar alarm in the villa, which is connected to an intruder camera when set. The camera will activate ONLY if there is an intruder. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note You will be sent an email prior to your arrival to register your guest’s contact details with the local authorities. This registration is a requirement under Spanish law.
