The house is located in the neighbourhood of Lazy Hill, also known as San Felipe (kilometer 4 of the highway), built into a bluff overlooking the ocean. When you arrive, a stone path and staircase winds through gardens and fruit trees, leading you up to the house. You will be conveniently located only 1 km from Almond Bay beach and 1 km from the amenities, restaurants and beach of Agua Dulce. The space The house has two levels, both of which are fully independent and separated. Your host, Mc Dornic will remain on the first floor while guests have access to the second floor. The second floor of the house consists of a kitchen, dining room, indoor living area with hammocks, bathroom and a two-level sleeping area. The upper level of the bedroom has a double bed with a perfect view of the surrounding area; the Carribean sea of seven colours, a large cotton tree, mountains and the river, while the bottom floor has additional single bed for extra guests. Finally, the second floor has a spectacular 30m2 patio with an ocean view, perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying drinks at the end of the day.
