The space In the Village of Zinkwazi you will find Nkwazi Ridge Estate; a beautiful security estate not far from the beach. The Estate is tranquil and safe. It is ideal for walking and for children to ride their bikes under parent’s supervision. There is a clubhouse, large pool and tennis court to which guest have access. THE RIDGE HOUSE, 317 Nkwazi Ridge Estate is a modern, spacious, newly renovated private home. This house is well equipped and will offer you a safe and comfortable family holiday. This double story house is located very close to the Estate pool which has picnic spots under the trees around the pool, clubhouse and tennis court. The house opens onto a lovely lawn for kids to play, It has large verandas and balconies providing enough space for people to have alone time. The house has DSTV, Wi-Fi and is serviced (Mon - Fri, Public holidays and Sundays are optional at a double rate). There is a large built-in braai with easy access to kitchen and dining room. The house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, serviced by 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have AC, large built-in cupboards, hangers, linen, bath and beach towels are supplied and open onto balconies or verandas. Some bedrooms have TV’s in the rooms. Bottom floor: The large and spacious living area include a lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, a large side by side fridge/freezer and all crockery and cutlery. On the bottom floor you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King size bed and is on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a King Size bed this room has access to its own bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Top floor: Here you will find a reading corner and 3 Bedrooms serviced by 2 bathrooms. 1st Bedroom has a king size bed and it has an on-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The 3rd Bedroom has a Kind size bed. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and shower. Security: 24h security guards strictly control access to the estate and the estate is walled and secured with electric fencing. Parking: Double garages are available, and open parking within the boundary of this property. Laundry: washing machine & tumble dryer.
