Kashubian House, among forests and lakes

If you are looking for peace and quiet, contact with nature and beautiful landscapes, you have just found your dream place. Our house is beautifully located (overlooking the lake and forests), simple and stylized as an old Kashubian farm. Our plot has as many as 14 hectares of hills, forests, meadows, and swamps, which are visited by various, small and large animals. The space The house is off the beaten track, away from civilization and commerce. The nearest store in Udorpie is about 3 km away, and the town of Bytów is about 6 km away. Therefore, a car is necessary. On our 14 ha plot there is a small peat lake, the water of which is very healthy for the skin. So don't be afraid of its unusual shade: coca-cola, just enjoy this natural spa! Please note that the descent to the lake is from the pier and is immediately deep. Guest access We provide guests with exclusive access to the ENTIRE HOUSE. On the ground floor there is: - a large living room with a dining area (for 20 people), a fireplace, a TV, a sofa, and armchairs - a well-equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, sink, microwave - 1 small bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with a shower Upstairs there are: - 4 bedrooms (in total we have 20 beds) - 2 bathrooms (each with a bathtub) - a hall with a table and a mini sofa Next to the house there is: - beach volleyball/badminton court - barbecue - fire pit - huge yard, forest, lake Other things to note - The price per night is for renting the entire house exclusively for a group of up to 12 people. For larger groups, the price increases by PLN 40.00 per night for each additional person. In total, we are able to host groups of up to 20 people. We provide bed linen for our guests. - The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, tableware and cutlery. - There's a washing machine in the basement. - The use of the house and the infrastructure around the house (including the lake, forests, barbecue, bonfire, playground, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the users. - The house is surrounded by nature and therefore is not sterile clean after cleaning.
