Donaustauf vacation rental - near the Danube and Walhalla

Our 70 m² apartment is located in Donaustauf - Sulzbach, not far from the Walhalla. The Danube Cycle Trail passes very close to our place. The apartment has 3 beds/sofas with a total of 6 sleeping places. The space The apartment is 70 m² and is located on the first floor. It has its own entrance. It is a 2-room apartment with a large kitchen and bathroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with ***ice box, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and of course pots, cutlery and dishes in sufficient quantity. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. In the large bedroom there is a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, wardrobe and radio. Directly from the bedroom (passageway to the bathroom!) you enter the large bathroom with bathtub (incl. shower wall and rain shower), toilet and washing machine. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio. Here you will find a pull-out bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). For our smallest guests we provide a baby travel bed incl. bedding, baby towel and high chair. Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price. After consultation, laundry can be dried in our private clothes dryer. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. You can stop right outside the door and unload. Parking is possible on the street. Ample free parking is available. A covered bicycle shelter is available in our courtyard. Part of the courtyard can be used as a terrace. Here there is a large garden bench all year round and during the season a garden table with chairs. We can of course also provide you with a grill on request. Arrival after 9 pm is possible by appointment. We may then no longer greet and instruct you personally, but leave the key. Other things to note 2 cute free-range cats live on our property. Unfortunately, they always try to sneak into the apartment. If you have a strong cat allergy, you should know this and contact us again before booking to clarify any risks. Otherwise, the cats are very affectionate and playful and are always curious when new guests arrive. In addition, we have free-range chickens and beehives on our property.
