Bedroom (or whole place in case you need) It is located in a building near American and Southwest Universities. The centrum is 10 min walking distance. Bus station is 9 min walking. WiFi already is with new optik cable, perfect for LONG TERM. Ask if you need more then 90 days or other thing, everything can be manage and discussed. Bathroom and big balcony with view. You can use desk, which is convenient to work with your laptop. The entrance is with locked door, and is save for you bike.. parkplace Guest access Frigje, Oven, Washingmachine, mircowave, electrik kettle for tea.. My guests can always ask me any questions regarding thier stay! During your stay You can always ask, call, or write me about everything.. Other things to note QUITE HOURS 22-07 !!! NO PARTIES or for meeting with friends or extra guests... *Please provide info about you and reason for stay, ask before send request.  **We will be not accept requests for booking from people, who dont write info and reason for stay (or new profil with approved iD, or without reviews) if you want to listen music, sing or make noise.. dont want problems, please look for other place, police is very strikt..
