PLEASE READ THE NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING The space This is a 30 m2 attic cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people: 3 adults and 2 children. Too small for 4–5 adults. The cottage is located on the first floor of a half-timbered farmhouse typical of the Auge region dating from 1809 and containing 2 other cottages: a small 2-person cottage on the same landing with common stairs and a large 5 to 7-person cottage on the ground floor with separate entrance. The other cottages are available in my other listings. The cottage has 2 bedrooms: a small double bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed and a small single bedroom, both are attic rooms with a velux overlooking the animals. A sofa bed is available in the living room only for 1 or 2 children as it is not very comfortable for an adult. Equipped kitchen: refrigerator with small freezer, hotplates, coffee maker with filter, microwave oven, small classic oven, kettle, toaster, dishes, Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Attic bathroom with small bathtub, toilet, sink. Please note, as the bathtub is on a slope, tall people will have to wash themselves sitting with their legs half bent as when taking a bath or squatting because they will hardly be able to stand in the bathtub. Living room with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi. Ground floor terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. Charcoal and fire lighter not included. Sheets, towels, tea towels, salt, pepper, toilet paper, hair dryer provided. Due to abuse, the washing machine and dryer are now available on request and for an extra €5 per machine. The accommodation is upstairs, so you have to climb stairs to access it. The staircase is quite steep, wooden and has no riser, so it can be a problem for the elderly, big dogs, elderly dogs, small children who may be afraid of slipping. It obviously has a ramp to hold on to. You can see it in the photo in the ad. The vacation rental has stunning views of the Normandy countryside and the animals of the estate. Quiet and relaxation assured in a natural and soothing setting with birdsong. It is possible for children who wish to, to come and feed the goats and chickens with me in the morning around 10 a.m. Before your departure, please clean your dishes, take out your trash, turn off the heaters, remove your sheets and make a pile in the living room with the used towels. The heated outdoor pool is accessible from mid-April to the end of September (start and end depending on the weather) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is shared by the tenants of the 3 cottages. The hot tub is accessible all year round with a supplement of €10 per hour, €5 for children. Not suitable for children under 4. Slots on reservation at least the day before so that I can heat it and access authorized until 9pm. The sessions are private but it is shared by the guests of the 3 cottages. It is located in a covered but unheated veranda, next to the pool. Plan to cover yourself when going out for cold periods. There is also a playground for children over 3 years old and a swing for adults. NEW‼️ Possibility for children to ride a pony on site. Price €30 per session No possibility of horseback riding for adults. Other things to note Free for children under 2 years old sleeping in a baby cot. A baby crib and high chair can be provided on request. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the hot tub. The playground is not suitable for children under 3 years old and children accessing it must be under adult supervision. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents that may occur there. Dogs accepted but kept on a leash around the houses, possibility of letting them loose in the rest of the property if they are well-behaved. They are not allowed to stay alone in the cottage because of damage and untimely barking that can disturb the tenants of the other cottages. It's possible to leave them in a horse box while you're away. For the respect of all occupants who have come to rest as well as the animals of the estate, parties and events are prohibited.
