Cozy house on the river

Welcome! We rent out our cozy house in a quiet and peaceful place while we are traveling. There is everything for life, right under the windows - a river-pond with ducks, a pine forest around, an apple garden, a city bus stop nearby. We are always happy to welcome guests! The space A private house, on the second floor there is a cozy bright bedroom of 15 sq. m. (with two single beds). The bathroom is on the same floor, all amenities, hot water - without interruptions =). On the first floor there is a spacious common room-kitchen-dining room, 32 sq.m., it has a double sofa bed with a 160X200 mattress and a single sofa ~70X200 Guest access Guests have access to the bathroom and kitchen. Shared bathroom, shower cabin. Other things to note If you arrive by car, it will be in the driveway in front of the house, in a fenced area. The balcony in the guest room is an "eagle's nest", a platform without a railing so that nothing prevents you from admiring the surroundings, so be careful when you go out for the first time, especially if you have children!
