The house is a modern, spacious three bed-roomed house located in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are ample guest parking spaces. The guest room is spacious, bright and comfortable, with a bed, fridge and ample storage for personal belongings. There is also a TV and kettle. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FAMILY HOME & A NON SMOKING HOUSE. The space The guest room is ideally situated to access Chichester, Littlehampton, Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton as well as being only about one hour and 30 minutes away from London by train. The accommodation is well places to see and enjoy many attractions in the area -The South Downs, The Seven Sisters, Seaside locations, Historic cities like Chichester, Arundel and Winchester. Slightly further afield are Cambridge and Oxford. The room itself is bright, clean, tidy and suitably equipped for longer stays. Guest access Guests are free to use the kitchen, (by prior arrangement), and second bathroom if they wish. There is also a private enclosed garden with a swinging seat and summer house. During your stay I can be as available as you would like me to be. Some guests require the host to be attentive. Others ask for more privacy. Other things to note There is a family cat on the premises. She is shy and is unlikely to bother you.
