Cute three bedroom home on the northwest side of Aberdeen in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a few blocks to the golf course & about 4 miles to the boat dock. Plenty of parking is available if you are bringing a boat or work vehicles. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to American Falls. If you love the outdoors, Aberdeen has a lot to offer w/ a golf course, boating, hunting & year-around fishing. We will do longer stays, please send an inquiry. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, kid-friendly dishes, paper plates, utensils, toaster, Keurig and a Cuisinart coffee maker, condiments and more. Bathroom is stocked with the essentials including linens, soap and shampoo. All beds are new and have new mattresses and linens so your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. Extra blankets and pillows are supplied. An air mattress and pack n play are also available for your use. A washer, dryer, iron and steamer are located next to the kitchen for your convenience. You will have access to all of the main floor and the large yard. There is ample parking in front of the home and to the north side of the property. Please note both entrances into the home have stairs. Guest access The house is located on a quiet street where you can enjoy a beautiful Idaho sunset. Sportsman Park is just 4 miles away with an RV park, boat docks and 2 boat ramps. A quick 15 minute drive will place you at the American Falls boat ramp which has good beach area as the water level drops a little. Indian Hot Springs is a 23 minute drive where you can swim and picnic. American Falls 12 miles Pocatello - 41 minutes Pebble Creek ski area - 62 min World Famous Lava Hot Springs -70 min Massacre Rocks state Park -31 min The Butterfly Haven - 30 min Shoshone Falls is 1 hour 38 minutes and known as the Niagara Falls of the west. As one of the largest natural water Falls it is higher than Niagara Falls and falls 212 feet. It's beautiful and worth seeing. Idaho Falls - 66 minutes Yellowstone Bear World - 1 hour 27 mins KJ's Place is a great place to stay if you are traveling to or from Yellowstone National Park - 2 hours 48 minutes Other things to note Paddle boards, water trampoline and more are available locally if you would like to rent for a day of fun on the reservoir.
