Morton Lodge holiday cottage is a comfortable, self contained place to stay with its own outside patio seating area and summer house with BBQ. Newly decorated and furnished. Nestled back from the road. Fabulous countryside views. 25 mins to centre of Norwich. 38 mins to North Norfolk Coast. Norwich Airport 12 mins. Tourist attractions and country walks all around. Lovely pubs with food nearby. Golf, fishing and clay pigeon shooting within a few minutes' drive. The space Morton Lodge Cottage is a delightful place to stay for families, groups of friends or couples. It is suitable for up to 5 guests. The cottage is cosy with two separate sitting areas and a kitchen/diner for socialising. We also have two new bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a new, well equipped kitchen. You will feel that you are in the middle of the countryside, and yet you are ideally located to reach Norwich, the North Norfolk Coast, The Broads and many nearby tourist attractions. The popular Roarr Dinosaur Park is just 5 minutes' away and the brand new Royal Norwich Golf Club, opening September 2019, is just 3 minutes' away. The cottage is well set back from the road with secure off road parking. We are well equipped for children with a travel cot, stair gate, high chair, booster seat and children's plates and cutlery. The cottage is set out over two floors with a straight flight of stairs leading to the second floor. Upstairs. There are three bedrooms, with a couple of options for sleeping arrangements. Bedroom one has a zip and link bed, which can be make one Queen size bed, or two single beds. This room has an en suite bathroom. Please note that bedroom one, is accessed via bedroom two. There are lovely views over the countryside. Bedroom two has a King size bed and a large wardrobe. It also has a picture window, and it also has fantastic views over the countryside. Bedroom three is a cosy little room, leading off bedroom two. It has a single bed. Downstairs: There is a well equipped, open plan kitchen, with hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also a tumble drier in a separate room. The kitchen leads to a dining area with french doors looking out onto the patio. A highchair is available. The dining area leads through to the comfy living room, which has a Freesat TV and dual aspect views over countryside and garden. At the back of the house there is a small sun room with a sofa. Plus a small utility room with tumble drier. There is also a newly fitted downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet. Additional facilities; iron and ironing board, hairdryer; WiFi is available - coverage is best downstairs. There is also a garden table chair set on the patio. Guest access You will have your own outside patio area and you are also welcome to use our front garden (see pic). Other things to note To reassure you that I am as concerned about cleanliness at the current time as I am sure you are, I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol.
