An early 1800s cottage, steeped in history and charm in the heart of Middleham. An upside-down home from home with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs to a large open-plan kitchen dining area, a comfortable living room and a large family bathroom. French doors open onto a south facing terrace with space to eat outside and a bbq. Ideal on warm sunny days. Private parking for one car, with more on street. The space Our family cottage has been adapted over the years into a comfortable home. We have enjoyed spending long weekends here with our family and friends and are now happy to invite bookings. Through a winding nook straight off the main square you head to our hidden cottage. Downstairs we have a cosy double bedroom and a large twin room. There is a toilet and a shower downstairs too. Upstairs we have a large family bathroom. The spacious kitchen dining area is equipped with everything you will need to rattle the pans. As we also spend lots of time here there is always a supply of tea, coffee, sugar, oil and condiments. Our dining table sits 6 people. The living room has comfortable sofas and a tv with french doors opening onto our terrace which is lovely in the sun. We have an outdoor table and chairs and a bbq. There is a private parking space but there is also more free parking in the village square.
