Our studio flat for one or two people is peaceful, private, secure, and warm. It features blackout blinds to all double-glazed windows; free on-street parking; private secure entrance; 
garden view/access/small decking area; 
air-conditioning; 120mb/s wifi / smart TV with Netflix/iplayer-enabled smart TV; 
kitchenette (sink, kettle, microwave, cutlery/crockery, fridge); 
ensuite shower and toilet; dining table/chairs for two. The space If you're used to the noise and bustle of the city you live in - cars, lorries, passers-by, the sodium glow of the streetlights and the grey of the built environment, you'll appreciate the restful sleep you get in this annexe, the absence of light pollution, and the morning greeting of the garden greenery and the nosy blackbirds. Guest access What you see in the pictures: bed/sitting room/kitchenette, ensuite shower-room and garden decking area. Other things to note Most pictures show a daybed. This was replaced in November 2025 with a 140cm x 200cm bed that currently requires a step to access. There's now a lot of storage available for people with more luggage. The shower-room is 82x184cm, and the shower is 70x80cm. If you're broad or heavy (e.g. 120kg+ and under 6'2") it might be a little tight showering. There are no terrestrial stations on the TV - it is enabled for iplayer, netflix and web, but in each case you'll need your own account, or it can be arranged for a small surcharge. The flat's entrance uses the back access alley, which is uneven in places, and unlit at night. If entering or leaving after dark, a torch is necessary.
