Beach-close apartment "AM NEPTUN" with Wi-Fi & bicycles

Small apartment (approx. 36 m²) in the basement of a city villa with separate entrance. The well-known Hotel Neptun is only about 100m away. Much more beach proximity is almost impossible. Access is via an electronic lock. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, FireTV - the kitchen in addition with Senseo and Sodastream. The space The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. For sleeping, there is a foldaway closet bed (160x200) in the apartment, which is opened with a single handle. The seating area can optionally also be converted into a sleeping accommodation. Due to the location in the basement, the apartment is pleasantly tempered even on warm summer days, so that air conditioning is not required. The living room is equipped with Philips flat screen TV with ambilight via cable TV, Blu-Ray player, DAB+radio with CD and Bluetooth as well as Internet access via WLAN. The FRITZ! will be used to log in to the WLAN!App WLAN recommended. In addition, FireTV and Chromecast can be used. The use of the telephone is also possible, whereby only German landline numbers are allowed. The apartment is networked to control heating and light via Smarthome. For example, the smart socket switches on the light briefly when entering the apartment. The radiator thermostats regulate the temperature according to a circuit diagram, but can be overridden manually. Next to the outside door there is a smartbell (intercom) on the right, with which we can be contacted via the Internet if necessary. Use of the closet bed To open, pull firmly on both handles. Fold up the foot bracket at half height and put down the bed. To close, fasten the bedding and fold up the foot bracket. Under the storage board there are 2 lamps with switches. Kitchen In the kitchen, in addition to fridge-freezer combination and stove, there is also a coffee machine, toaster, egg and kettle. There is also a "Senseo" with coffee pods and a "Soda Stream". The switch for switching the refrigerator on and off is located under the sink! Additional consumables are also under the sink. Dehumidifier Especially in the summer months, due to the temperature difference, there may be higher humidity in the apartment. For this reason, the apartment is equipped with an electric dehumidifier. The device is operated via smart home, but can also be switched on or off manually via the switch socket or via the radio button (long button press). Please NEVER switch directly on the device! In particular, empty the condensate container after arrival and before departure or if necessary. To do this, pull it out forwards, empty it and then insert it correctly again. The current humidity can be read on the weather station. In case of warm outside temperatures, only ventilate in the morning hours! Bikes There are 2 28"ladybikes available! The bicycles are left behind the house in the bike rack and connected. The required keys are located on the key board in the apartment. Leave the keys there when you leave. When parking (even on the road!) please always connect the bikes! We have only limited influence on the condition of the bicycles, as this largely depends on the usage behavior of the "predecessors". We therefore ask you to carry out minor repairs yourself. The necessary tools are in the wardrobe in the apartment. There is also a small tool bag for traveling, which can be attached to one of the wheels. Before using the bicycles, their traffic safety must be checked and use is at your own risk. The user is liable for all damage caused by the use of the wheels. Only those who accept this are allowed to use the bicycles. In the winter months, the bicycles can only be used after consultation! Patio There are trees in front of the property, so leaves can fall on the terrace or on the entrance and sometimes even crawl around. This is called nature and is not a defect. Please wipe away leaves and dispose of them in the organic bin on the left behind the house! The necessary "equipment" can be found on the terrace. Important: The patio door can only be opened from the outside with a key! Cleaning The apartment is cleaned by a cleaning service, so we only have limited influence on the implementation. Cleaning should usually be completed by 4 pm on the day of arrival. In exceptional cases, there may also be delays. We try to provide you with the earliest possible reference. If there are problems with the quality or something is missing, contact us immediately, so that we have the possibility of a repair. Guest access Check-in: After check-in, please let us know if everything is available, tidy and clean and the apartment is in proper condition. CheckOut: Also confirm the checkout with a short message. If you have a coordinated checkout after 10 a.m., the cleaning service may be able to enter the apartment to carry out the work. Please put together all things in person so that they can easily do the cleaning. Pay attention to the fact that all keys are in their old place when you leave. Other things to note Note: We only accept bookings with real profile pictures! Personal Information: We expect some information from our guests. First, the mandatory questions: Where do you come from, how old are you, what do you do for work and with whom do you travel? To register the tourist tax and to verify it, we need your "personal" data! To do this, please scan/photograph the front and back of your PA. The tourist tax charged in Warnemünde is NOT included in the rate. Registration is made by us online with appropriate confirmation. Fees are to be transferred before arrival. There is NO tourist tax for a business or business stay. General: When using the washing machine, please deposit €2.50 per wash. It would be nice if you refill used coffee pods. And should really something break, please let us know. Otherwise, this should be regulated by liability insurance.
