Lounge The spacious lounge has a large Led TV with access to NETFLIX, 70+Freeview channels and other apps perfect for those relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofa bed. The dining table is perfect for family meals or a great work space during the day. Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with stylish appliances inc Microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, glassware, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge freezer. Everything you need to cook those delicious meals, or for those lazy nights in, why not order in from one of the many of the wonderful local takeaways and get it delivered to your door. Bathroom The contemporary bathroom includes a large shower with all the bathroom essentials to help you start your day or maybe refresh for a wonderful evening at one of the many local restaurant or bars. Fresh bath and hand towels are provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire flat so make yourself at home. A set of keys will be supplied to you allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - We kindly request that all guests strictly follow all house rules. -No smoking inside the home -No parties or events -No excessive drinking of alcohol -Number of guests staying not to exceed the number in the original booking. -No pets allowed. -Please respect the neighbours and refrain from making noise past 11pm -A £25 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys -If you wear fake tan, please bring your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur extra costs. -Check-out is at 11AM (Breaking of the house rules, damage to items or the property will incur a £250 fine and result in guests being asked to leave) By confirming your booking you are accepting and agreeing to all of the above house rules.
