The space Eco-Gites of Lenault is a beautifully restored eco-friendly hay barn in peaceful, rural Normandy, ideal for couples or families of up to five seeking space, comfort and countryside charm. Centrally located for exploring Normandy’s top attractions, it offers the perfect balance of quiet nature and easy access. Inside, the bright open-plan living space combines rustic character with modern convenience. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave overlooks the dining and lounge area, where a wood burner creates a warm, cosy atmosphere after days out exploring. Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom, a twin room with two full-sized beds and a mezzanine single bed and play area with toys, books and games. The modern bathroom includes a large shower and washing machine for longer stays. We make family travel easy with a cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We also provide comprehensive tourist guide to help you plan your stay and we are on hand to help with any of your questions. Outside, enjoy your private terraced garden with BBQ, outdoor dining and sun loungers. Just metres away, children can explore the play area and play barn, enjoy a game of boules and meet our friendly animals. Guest access You have exclusive use of the gîte and its private terraced garden, with outdoor dining furniture, sun umbrella and BBQ for relaxed meals outside. Children can enjoy the large play area with netted trampoline, swing, slide, sand pit, grass and hard-standing space plus a covered play barn for all-weather fun. You’re welcome to meet our friendly farm animals during your stay (simple safety guidelines apply). As this is a working smallholding, some operational areas are private. Set in a peaceful rural location, your only neighbours are us — and the animals — ensuring space, quiet and a true countryside feel. Other things to note During peak season, we usually only accept full-week bookings from Saturday to Saturday. At other times, we can offer shorter stays and can often be flexible with dates. Sleeps up to 5 guests in beds and up to 2 infants in travel cots (1 provided). The gîte accommodates only the booked guests.
