The 16th century farm house offers 7 ensuite double rooms, a hall with a wood oven, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a big kitchen, equipped garden, barbecue, infinity pool with Jacuzzi, French bowls alley. There are natural trails in the forest and pine woods round the house where it is possible to have tours by mountain bike or to go for a walk looking for mushrooms, truffles or other natural products. While you are staying at the Villa, you can enjoy activities such as trekking, climbing and rafting in amazing natural spot close by. The Villa remains very near to places of great historical and cultural interest as Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and many others beautiful Italian cities. Last but not least, you can go for a free tasting of wine in the wineyard near by or of local craft beer in the brewery.
