The space Ideal for accommodating 6-7 guests, our villa boasts a private 40-square-meter swimming pool, complete with a separate kids' section measuring 2x2 meters, as well as a stone-built bbq area. The well-appointed outdoor space is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and patio furniture, creating the perfect setting for sunbathing. The swimming pool enjoys ample sunlight throughout the day and includes a safe area for children to play and swim. From the front of the house, you can savor sweeping views of the serene countryside and catch distant glimpses of the sea from the spacious sun terrace. Step inside to discover delightful, airy interiors adorned with high, beamed wooden ceilings and stone-accented walls, complemented by contemporary and elegant furnishings. A flight of stone steps from the garden leads to the main entrance, where you'll find a generously sized open-plan living area featuring a cozy corner fireplace, twin sofa beds for children, coffee tables, satellite Tv, a dining table, and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Air conditioning is available for your comfort. The villa spans approximately 125 square meters and offers two twin bedrooms, one of which opens to the front terrace, while the other features a spacious veranda. Both twin bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub and Wc. The third bedroom is double, complete with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a washing machine. All bedrooms have an individual a/c (cooling and heating). Surrounded by lush countryside, including olive and orange trees, the villa provides a serene and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience. The charming village of Asteri is situated just 14 kilometers east of the bustling town of Rethymnon, with the nearest beach only 3 kilometers away.
