This pet-friendly house has multiple units, so you may hear other guests or animals. The spiral staircase may not suit those with mobility issues, pets, or large luggage. The second bedroom has sloped ceilings, therefore not suited for tall people. If any of this is likely to bother you, please book a space better suited to your needs. The space 20mins from downtown Birmingham UAB. 5 mins from Gardendale UAB hospital & local shopping center. 5-7mins from I-20/I-65- easy access to interstates When this space started coming together,r I realized I wanted to recreate an Australian atmosphere. The yellows, greens, and blues are all very Aussie-inspired. I wanted it to be open and still private. You will enjoy a warm bedroom, a relaxing living room, an airy balcony, and a spacious bathroom. Two smart TVs, a coffee and drinks station, eclectic furniture, good lighting, AC, and lots of space. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet and there is very little traffic on the circle. I have a large driveway that can accommodate multiple cars, RVs, and trailers. The back yard is huge and backs onto the woods- furry friend visitors love it. During your stay I am available via text/cell. Typically guests check themselves in and out. Other things to note YOUR PETS The $35 pet cleaning fee only covers cleaning fur. If animals urinate inside the living space an additional $200 will be charged to cover professional cleaning service.
