Quiet town center house with a Gacé castle view

Charming house for 6 people, quiet with nice view of the castle, full city center, all shops and restaurants within walking distance (Intermarché bakeries etc.) Comfortable, bright, warm. Easy and free parking nearby including for large vehicles (no private parking). 2 double bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 twin beds. Linens and towels provided. Two bathrooms, 3 wc. Wi-Fi and Freebox connected TV The space The house is a post-war reconstruction... hardwood floors and brick... charming! 2 beautiful double bedrooms with bedding (duvets) 160 x 200 and a twin bedroom 90 x 190. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. Please leave the house tidy and clean upon checkout, we do an enhanced cleaning between stays. A nice 50s side, but it was completely renovated in 2020. It is comfortably "up to date" and not "in its original state".... It is warm and cozy in winter with its central heating. It is also very bright and not overlooked, although in the city center! No garden... the house is on a pedestrian street where kids can play safely! No smoking please (there is a porch out of the water to smoke in the dry!) There are curtains you can draw to avoid the few passers-by and shutters on the windows for total darkness! A dining kitchen (6 people) with: Tassimo coffee maker and filter coffee maker with permanent filter, toaster, induction cooktop, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and salad spinner, Sorry, no dishwasher. A shower/toilet room and a bathroom (bath). There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and upstairs. WiFi everywhere, Freebox TV in the living room. Dining kitchen on the ground floor and TV lounge also with view of the castle (town hall), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Unfortunately not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Very easy to park nearby All shops nearby. Self check-in (late morning) and checkout (before 7pm) thanks to a coded key box (I'm never far away if needed) Guest access Free and easy parking on the street or in the two large squares of the city which are nearby. Never a problem parking even for large vehicles. Entire place Flexible check-in and checkout with a key box. Other things to note We provide bed linens and towels. Unfortunately towels are often missing... certainly taken by mistake (hum hum). One bath towel, one hand towel and one glove per person. I will now charge 5 euros per missing item. Please be careful to leave everything in place when you leave. Please leave the house tidy and clean upon checkout.
