Eclectic, fun, and kid friendly! This large 3-story Mediterranean home has something for everyone. (Apartment/Home...not your typical Bed & Breakfast) Whether you are coming to Savannah for a family retreat, bachelorette party, wedding/reception...or just a quiet weekend away, let us help with your accommodations. It's like coming to visit relatives...everything is here. The local food is wonderful, and the city of Savannah is as beautiful as it is interesting. Several cafe's, restaurants, and antique stores within 2--3 blocks. We are in the Thomas Square Historic District, the entire Historic District is within a 2 mile walk radius. WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU...COME VISIT US IN SAVANNAH! More Info: 3 Queen bedrooms, Kids Rooms: a Double bed bedroom, and a Twin Daybed with a futon in a common room. (There is also a fold-out sofa bed, for those who have trouble with stairs.) Home has 3 1/2 baths--2 have Jacuzzi tubs, and the master has a large soaker tub, and walk in shower with 4 shower heads. This is my home...not a typical a B & B. We tell people that it's like going to visit relatives and having your own apartment, everything is here--we have pots/pans, plates, glasses, kitchen gadgets, grill, etc. All the comforts of home...and then some! It is an interesting house. There is an atrium from the kitchen to the 2nd floor, a built-in waterfall in the wall (not currently operating), and a wall-to-wall chalk board in the kid's rooms on the 3rd floor. For older kids, we have a variety of games to choose from. ROKU TV available in Living room and Master, Bedroom 1 (Chesterfield Room), Bedroom 2 (Lexington Room) the Media Room, the Kids Playroom and Studio Suite. (See House Rules for more information. Other things to note We have 6 Roku boxes or Roku TV's throughout the house, in bedrooms and common spaces. We offer DirecTV Stream with the ultimate package. There is Roku Soundbar and an Xfinity Flex box in the living room. *Guest agrees that any movies or extra charges for programing will be taken from their security deposit in the amount of $25--$50 per charge, unless other arrangements are made with the homeowner. Security cameras surround the property outside of the home, and are recorded to cloud storage.
