Welcome to my home where I will be happy to host you. Bright, spacious and quiet, this rental will meet your expectations Shared ground floor available. 10 min to ZI Nord and ZAC Haute Borne Amiens (see mappy). Amiens is 30 minutes away. Tourist sites: Amiens and its Hortillonages, Naours caves, Samara, Picardy coast... Many shops in the village: butcher, bakery, Aldi... I'll be happy to assist you if you need any further information. See you soon! The space I live in a quiet and spacious house with a small terrace and garden. The rental includes: The shared ground floor consists of a large kitchen, large living room with fireplace (TV and Netflix available), a room, toilet and bathroom. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: bright and spacious, with double bed and small private bathroom. Bedroom 2: functional with double bed, sofa and desk. Bedroom 3: cozy with double bed. All sheets and towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. Small parking lot in front of the house. During your stay I am available and discreet in order to preserve your space of freedom. According to everyone's wishes, I will be happy to communicate with you and guide you as best as I can for your stay. Other things to note For people with allergies: I have a cat.
