Our gorgeous, secluded Tree Lodges are tucked away in woodland, a five-minute walk from the Bivouac Café and provide a truly authentic, rustic, ‘back to nature’ holiday experience. Fully furnished with well equipped kitchens, our Tree Lodges sleep up to six people with each lodge having its own log burning stove, cooking facilities, cool box, dining and seating area plus ensuite bathroom with shower and running hot water. For a touch of decadence, each have their own private, log-fired hot tub. The space Staying at Swinton Bivouac is an experience you'll cherish forever. The Tree Lodges are nestled at the edge of the woods without electricity, so you can get back to grassroots simplicity. From your balcony you can watch the sun set and marvel at the dark Yorkshire starry skies, and inside snuggle by the fire. With 20,000 acres surrounding the site, there's plenty of space to explore. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, families and groups, not forgetting your four legged friends! Swinton Country Club, Swinton Park Hotel and our stunning heritage parkland are just a few miles away. Mountain biking is available at Swinton Bivouac with a dedicated on site off-road track and bike hire. Other things to note Dogs are allowed in selected Tree Lodges.
