House on the vineyard - near Lake Stubenberg

Entire house with large balcony and garden. Single location on the vineyard with panoramic views. Lake Stubenberg, Herberstein Zoo, various thermal baths and cozy wine taverns in the area complete the vacation perfectly. The space The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are tables and benches on the balcony and in the garden. The sun loungers, the hanging chair and the hammock can also be used (at your own risk). The house is perfect for relaxing, enjoyable vacations, but is also suitable as a vacation/weekend house over the summer as it is easily accessible from both Vienna and Graz. For longer rentals, please note that cleaning is only included on arrival and departure. In between, the house must be kept clean by the renter. Cleaning supplies, a washing machine and plenty of bed linen and towels are available. The lawn must also be mowed during the time (about every 2 weeks 1 - 1/2 hours time required) - the lawn mower is provided. Guest access The whole house and garden are available for the guests' individual use. Other things to note The wood-burning stove in the kitchen and the tiled stove in the living room must not be used!
