Newly refurbished 2 room apartment(42,7m2), with well equipped kitchen waiting for you. Very close to city centre, coach station and beach. (12-15 min walk) Great for vacation stay for families and couples. Pärnu offers: beautiful beach, lot of spas, restaurants, shopping centres and green areas. From 1.05.2024 there is parking fee! Closest bus stop is 5 minute walk (Side / Kanali). There are 2 grocery stores nearby one is Turu Rimi 500 m away and closest is A1000 store which is 300 m. The space Fully renovated apartment in a 19th century wooden house. The house is located in a quiet area, the beach and the center of town in a 12-15minute walking distance. There is a kitchen with all necessary equipment (fridge, oven, electric kettle, coffee mashine, microwave oven and saucepans, tableware and cutlery) so that you can cook if you wish. I have coffee, tea sugar, salt and pepper etc. at kitchen. There is a bathroom (a shower with hot water and WC, washing machine all in one room). There is free WiFi. The price also includes cleaning before and after staying. I have all nessesery: towels, blankets and pillows, bed sheets etc. Four people will comfortably fit in 2 bedrooms. I have one double bed and one sofabed in another room. The guests have access to the whole apartment. When the weather is fine the guests can use of the grilling facilities in the back yard. I don't usually live there that's why I'm renting out my apartment:-) Nice and quiet, close to the beach and the center. Almost everything is reachable on foot, also bus stops are close. Guest access Entire appartment with private entrance from the street. Parking fee is applied from 1.05.2024. City center area based prices. Other things to note From 1.05.2024 there will be parking fee based on parking area, our area is city center.
