The downstairs area has chairs, picnic table, grill and a firepit to enjoy natures beauty! The home is remote to enjoy the peace and quiet or only minutes (car or boat) from downtown for shopping, dinner and/or the nightlife. We are a pet friendly home. Forget your worries while staying at The Sunshine House. The home is very spacious! There is plenty of floor space if you would like to bring an air mattress or two for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a single mattress in the closet that can be used on the floor for an additional place to sleep as well. The den has a queen sized sleeper sofa with a Memory Flex mattress.
