This lovely and cozy one-bedroom guest suite is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood in the heart of squirrel hill. The suite is fully renovated with welcome color and modern furniture. The suite has a private entrance. There are shared laundry facilities for our guests. Our high quality bedding ensures you have a nice rest after a busy day. It is only minutes from nearby restaurants. Very close to Pitt and CMU. The space We provide Espresso coffee machine. Hand wash and body balm are from Australian luxury skin care brand, Aēsop. Hotel grand white goose down comforter and high quality Polo Ralph Lauren bedding. We also provide a microwave, a Panasonic smart oven and a portable pantry with some plates bowels and kitchen utensils for lightly meal. Four large windows in the balcony allow lots of natural light in, like a sunroom. You can enjoy your warm and cozy afternoon with a cup of coffee or green tea. Also available is a smart TV, feel free to watch local channels and YouTube, or simply cast your favorite show to the TV. Other things to note We have laundry facilities located in the basement. Please notify the host for the access. There is a door connected with the other apartment and our building floor is thin, you may hear some noises, walking steps sounds, talking sound before 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Guests who require earlier sleep times or sensitive to sound should send inquiry to us before booking. We will provide detailed clarification.
