Vardiola Holiday Tower is a "cozy" two floor summer home with a total surface of 50m². Built in 2007, it setts of its unique beauty with an architecture taken from an old Venetian observatory. You will fall in love with this romantic summer holiday tower, only 70 meters from St Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos) beach, in Vasilikos. National Marine Park exhibition centers of Gerakas and Dafni are close to the property. An ideal place for group of three, couples with children or group of friends. The space Entry: A private entry is leading to a small terrace/ garden. Terrace/ garden (60m²): In front of the entrance door there is a small flower garden with a lot of natural shadow coming from the trees surrounding the house. The garden is equipped with a sun shade canopy, a table, and 4 chairs. Open Plan Kitchen & Living Room (26m²): Downstairs there is a fully-equipped kitchen open to a small living/ dinning room with a sofa and a small table with chairs. The kitchen includes: A stove with range and oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a coffee machine, a hot water dispenser and a toaster, a sink with running hot and cold water and a countertop. There is also utensils such as dinner sets & mixing bowls. And cleaning supplies such as paper towels, soap, a trash and trash bags. Toilet (3m²): Downstairs there is a toilet equipped with toilet paper & soap. Bedroom (22m²): Upstairs there is one bedroom. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed , a cupboard, a laptop friendly workspace and an air conditioning. Bed sheets and towels are provided by Vardiola and they are changed twice a week. Bathroom (4m²): Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Toilet paper, towels, soap & shampoo are available during your whole stay.
