Beautiful Lakefront house with access to Lake Simcoe, just steps from your door. Close to Casino Rama, a 1.15-hour drive from Toronto, only a few minutes from Orillia shops and restaurants. The space Charming 3-bedroom Cottage, on Lake Simcoe with 2 full bathrooms, Includes 2 King beds, Bunk bed (twin, full) and 3 sofas. The house with wonderful lake views from living room, sunroom and kitchen exit to the terrace with picnic table and gas BBQ. From the terrace stairs down take yourself across the flat grassy lawn, to a camp fire, hammock, or for a swim or fishing and sunbathing on a private dock which gets sun and fun all day! Home equipped with High Speed WiFi, TV cable, private gas BBQ, full kitchen including microwave, toaster, cattle and dishwasher, salt, sugar, spices, tea and coffee. All sheets, pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels are new. The beds have duvets. Guests have access to waterfront, fishing on the dock, camp fire, outdoor games, hammock, sun-beds, fish-cleaning table at the lake, private gas BBQ, Barrel Sauna (additional fee), Fishing rods (additional fee) and Life Jackets (for an additional fee) The ability to additionally rent lower floor. During the summer the lower floor can only be rented (for extra charge) by those guests who rent the main floor of the Cottage or the owner can stay overnight (if its NOT rented by you!))) The Barrel Sauna is available for an additional fee, please let us know in advance, before check-in f you need it. The number of people on the property at any one time is restricted to the number of people in the booking. It is disallowed to wear shoes for outside in the house and sauna. It is forbidden to smoke inside or on the territory, you can smoke on the dock or on the road. The owners can pick up the SeaDoo and/or the pontoon from the boathouse by warning in advance.
