Charming cottage with large plot. In the main house, there are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. In the kitchen there is only cold water and in the bathroom there is hot and cold water. The house has a 50-liter water heater. In the Lillstugan, there are two single beds but no water or toilet. It is close to fishing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, hiking trails and swimming. There is room for 1-8 people. Rätansbyn is located in Berg Municipality in beautiful Jämtland. The space In the main house, there is a small bedroom with a built-in bed where one part is shorter to give more room for movement in the room. In the large bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and a sofa armchair as well as a dresser. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that is 160 cm wide when extended. In the Lillstugan, there is a large combined bedroom/living room with two single beds that can be furnished as needed. The Lillstugan has no water or toilet. The plot is large with a mixture of open space and forest. Guest access The entire house and plot may be used according to the guest's needs and wishes. Other things to note You clean before you leave and leave the cottage as you want to see it when you arrive. Always wash dishes in hot water. Get water in the bathroom or boil it on the stove. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, the guest will be charged SEK 500. There is a hot tub that is currently not in use. In the woodshed, there are toys and garden games for outdoor use as well as tools that may be needed for those who want to do something with their hands. Cleaning supplies are in the baskets on the shelf in the hall in the living room. The vacuum cleaner is under the bed in the small bedroom in the living room. There is no TV as this is our vacation home and we want to socialize. The accommodation has many games and a rich variety of things for creative activities.
