SLEEPS 5, NB 3 ADULTS MAX. As heard on BBC Radio 2, ‘Stones-Throw’ is the loft above our 1830s coach house: clean, cosy & quiet; with private parking & entry. 1 bedroom with king & single. Large, kitchen/living area with double sofabed, opening to a big balcony (refurbished for 2026). Full bath with shower over. +£15 p.d. for private, covered swimspa (April-Sept). Under 5 mins to STONEHENGE, A303, shop, garage & pub. Near Longleat, Avebury, Bath, Glastonbury. 90 mins to London or Devon. The space Charming, recently-refurbished loft space above an 1830’s coach house, just behind our main home. With private parking, entrance and outdoor space. Just a few miles, and less than 5 minutes’ drive, from the Stonehenge visitors’ centre. Quiet residential area in a Wiltshire village with wide-ranging amenities, including shop, garage, butcher, pub, social club and surgery. MINIMUM AGE: 4 YRS. Children over 4 are welcome, but please explain to them the risks of the stairs, balcony and swimspa, and monitor them accordingly. Due to those same features, the property is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or those with restricted mobility. WITH GREAT REGRET, recent price hikes in utilities and household consumables mean we have been forced to raising our rates - both for the property and the swimspa. Optional, exclusive use of our private, covered swimspa, which combines a massage and bubble experience at one end, with jets at the other end for "endless" or "lap" swimming. It gives you the choice of relaxation, exercise, or a mix of the two and - as such - we set the temperature at between 29-31 *C. Swimspa specifics: * £15 prep fee + £15 per day of stay * please request at least 72 hours in advance * standard season April - September * potentially available out of season by separate negotiation/extra cost Guest access During your stay we will close off Stones-Throw from the rest of the coach house. This gives you exclusive access; with your own dedicated entrance, outdoor space and secure off-street parking. Other things to note You can request to reserve exclusive use of our swimspa for your whole group, between 08.30 and 22.00. If you’re not familiar with the concept, it basically combines a massage and bubble experience at one end, with jets at the other end for "endless" or "lap" swimming. It gives you the choice of relaxation, exercise, or a mix of the two and, as such, we set the temperature at between 29-30 *C. Due to the risk of hyperthermia, especially for younger children, we are not allowed to set the temperature higher than 35 *C. Swimspa specifics: * £15 prep fee + £15 per day of stay (sorry for increased energy costs); * please request at least 72 hours in advance; * std season April - September; * potentially available in winter by separate negotiation/extra cost. This is a period residential property with low doors and beams. I’m 6ft and manage comfortably with a little common sense applied. Similarly, the furniture is domestic, rather than commercial / hotel grade.
