The house, on two floors, comfortably accommodates 8 people and has a swimming pool. The living area is on the ground floor: kitchen with barbecue, large living/dining area with fireplace and access to the porch and garden, a bathroom and a laundry corner. Upstairs, the sleeping area with 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms: 3 double, one of which is French, one with 2 single beds. It is possible to accommodate 8 +2 guests only upon specific request that will be evaluated. The space The recently renovated farmhouse, surrounded by a private fenced yard, is situated in a panoramic position. The large porch, equipped with a table and chairs, sitting area and portable barbecue, allows you to enjoy the view in an open but sheltered space. The exclusive-use swimming pool, accessed by a short staircase, is equipped with an umbrella and deck chairs, allowing you to admire the landscape in total relaxation. Guest access The farmhouse is reached by a short stretch of dirt road. It has a parking area. The farmhouse is located in the green Umbrian hills, in Acquasparta, an ancient medieval village for a pleasant vacation among art, history, gastronomic culture, nature and sports. Although isolated, it remains very close to the town of Acquasparta where there are supermarkets, restaurants, banks and a pharmacy. Its location is central to reach some of the places of greatest cultural interest (including Spoleto, Todi, Orvieto) and natural interest (Val Nerina); good connection with the Rome - Florence highway.
