South-facing exposure to enjoy the terrace and garden. House composed of ground floor: large open living room (living room, kitchen) + 70 m², master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs mezzanine (office + single bed), bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Beds made on arrival with towels and linen available. We can accommodate 4 to 9 people The space The geographical location allows you to go to Vannes, Quimper, Quiberon, Carnac (30 to 45 min), Rennes, Brest, Nantes (about 1 hour 15 minutes), Lorient (10 minutes). The first beaches are 15 minutes from the house. Guest access House rented in its entirety. There will be small "Private" signs, for some furniture only.
