Modern bungalow with 3 well presented bedrooms in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are a 2 minute walk to the Silverbirch Hotel, Healy Park home of Tyrone GAA, the education campus and a 7 minute walk into town. This property has everything a family would need for a relaxing stay in omagh. 3 Bedrooms have comfortable double beds and ample storage. The living room has a smart TV and leads off to the dining room just off from this is a modern kitchen. We are always on hand to help as we live just opposite. The space We have a private covered barbeque area to the rear which is part of an enclosed yard. Lock up garage with a dog kennel off street parking for 3 - 4 cars Guest access Whole house including the garage (if you bring your bikes they will be safely locked away) we also have a safe in the house for passports cash and cards. Other things to note the town bus service goes past the door and the bus station and taxi stand is a 5 min walk. silverbirch hotel ,spar shop , best takeaway in omagh and off-licence is a 2 min walk. You can walk into the town centre go to the leisure centre or Strule arts centre in 5 min. The new education campus is a 2 min walk.
