This is an upstairs apartment with a balcony, full kitchen and full bathroom with t.v's in the bedroom and living room. You are 10 houses from the beach and there are bars and restaurants all over beach street that you can walk to.you are responsible to find parking if you come by car and I do not offer beach passes anymore because people did not return them but you can buy your own beach passes or pay 16 dollars at the booth but I do offer beach chairs that you can borrow during your stay. Guest access You have to walk up 2 sets of stairs to get to the upstairs apartment Other things to note I have security cameras that record at all times so If you put you and a guest then that is all that is allowed in the apartment. Absolutely no party’s and any additional guests must be approved by me and pay the 100 dollar fee per guest
